Hello and welcome to my first newsletter! If you don’t know who I am, my name is Devin and my art business is Cosmic Devil Art.
My preferred art mediums are pyrography, illustration, and block printing. I self-describe the “genre” of my artwork as dark fantasy or horror, but I also make cute things. I make a lot of art with monsters, mushrooms, cats, bugs, devils, aliens, and whatever else I think up. My interests can be a little broad.
Originally I hail from the dry state of Utah, I miss it on occasion. Currently, I’m nestled in the hills of East Tennessee with my partner and 3 bad kitties. I love living here, it is beautiful, and I’ve met lots of amazing and kind people.
This year I am planning on pushing myself to make larger and more intricate pieces. I want to expand my art business and build structure to help myself succeed.
In future newsletters I’d love to talk more about myself and about the artistic process behind my work! I’m still growing and learning all the time and you can come along this journey with me. I will try my best to keep it interesting.

And speaking of the online store, I have finally made bookmarks a permanent addition to the store. They are made to order, if I don’t already have any in stock. My bookmarks have hand burned artwork on both sides. They are also made of Cedar and smell amazing!
